The licence we trade under, written out in full
Our permit number, the company on the paperwork, the laboratory that signs off our games and the honest limits of a Curaçao licence are all set out below rather than buried in a footer.

The company on the paperwork
VegasNow is a trading brand of Just Entertainment B.V., a company registered in Curaçao with its office at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad. The brand opened for play in 2024 and has traded under that same corporate owner ever since. When you add funds, place a stake or ask for a payout, Just Entertainment B.V. is the party on the other side of the transaction, and it is that company which carries the duties attached to the permit below.
Our permit comes from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and carries the reference OGL/2024/164/0246. We print it on this page because any player should be able to match the name on a casino site to the name on a licence record in under a minute. If you ever land on a lobby that borrows our look but quotes a different number or a different company name, leave it and type our own address back in.
The Gaming Control Board licences operators directly rather than through a chain of master and sub permissions. That matters in one concrete way: our record keeping, our handling of player balances and our answers to disputes all sit with a single authority which can act against the licence itself.
What the permit actually covers
A licence is a list of duties more than a badge, so here is the short version of ours.
- Player balances are kept apart from the money that runs the business. Your funds are not our working capital.
- Every title in our lobby has to arrive from a studio with its own supply approval and be served from certified game servers.
- Outcomes must stay genuinely random, and we must be able to prove that from stored round logs whenever the regulator asks.
- Bonus conditions must be published up front and applied the same way to everyone, which is why the figures on our terms page and the offers pages match to the dollar.
- We have to establish who you are, confirm that you are over 18 and refuse anybody who is not.
- Our advertising must never promise winnings or dress gambling up as income, and must carry a responsible play message.
Being straight about what it is not

Why the maths in our lobby is checked by somebody other than us
Games here are tested by iTech Labs, a specialist laboratory that examines random number generators and payout behaviour for licensed operators. A studio hands over a title, the laboratory runs it through millions of simulated rounds against the declared maths model, and the game only reaches a lobby once the two line up. We neither build the games nor hold any dial that could alter them, which is precisely the point of having the checking done outside this building.
The practical upshot for you is that a cold run is simply a cold run. Results are produced at the instant you press the button; they do not shift with the size of your balance, your Diamond Club standing, or how many hours you have been signed in. If a round ever looks wrong, ask live chat for the log and we will pull it for you.

256-bit SSL everywhere
Every page here and every form on it travels over a 256-bit SSL connection, so card details, uploaded documents and passwords are encrypted between your device and our servers. If the padlock ever vanishes from your address bar, tell us.
Over 18, no exceptions
Accounts are for adults. We ask for date of birth at sign up and for photo identification before any first payout, and an account that cannot show it belongs to someone over 18 is shut with deposits sent back. See how opening an account works.
Payment ownership checks
Our verification partners confirm that the name on a card or wallet matches the name on the account. Deposits funded by somebody else are refused, which protects you at least as much as it protects us.
If something goes wrong
Every complaint gets a written answer, and you can push it past us if ours does not satisfy you.
Start with live chat
Our desk answers 24/7 and settles the large majority of issues while you wait. Ask for the transcript when you are done; it is your record as much as ours.
Ask for it in writing
If chat cannot close the matter, ask for it to be escalated in writing. Give your username, the amount in AUD, the game or transaction reference and the outcome you want.
A manager takes a fresh look
Escalated cases go to a senior member of the desk who had no part in the first answer, and you get the reasoning in writing.
Take it to the regulator
Still unhappy, you can put the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, quoting licence OGL/2024/164/0246 and the case reference we issued. We hand over whatever file they ask us for.
Licensing questions we hear often
Who actually holds the licence for this casino?
Just Entertainment B.V., registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board reference OGL/2024/164/0246. The same company owns the VegasNow brand, which began trading in 2024.
Does the licence make VegasNow legal where I live?
It is a Curaçao permit and we describe it as nothing else. We hold no Australian licence and claim none. We publish the reference so you can see exactly what does and does not stand behind this site.
Who checks that the games are fair?
iTech Labs. Studios submit each title for laboratory examination before it is allowed into our lobby, and once a game is live we have no ability to change how it behaves.
Is my balance safe while it sits in the account?
Balances sit apart from operating money and the connection is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Payouts return to your deposit method within 0 to 3 business days once identity checks are finished, as the withdrawals page explains.
