Where your money can go, and how long it takes
The least we can send, and the processing window, for every exit in the cashier.
Ways to pay in →| Cashout route | Smallest payout | Time to clear |
|---|---|---|
| Cards and bank transfer | A$50 | 0 to 3 business days |
| E-wallets | A$30 | 0 to 3 business days |
| Crypto | A$30 | 0 to 3 business days, often sooner |
Nothing in that table carries a charge from VegasNow. A coin payout pays the usual blockchain network fee, and a card or bank payout is subject only to whatever your own institution does with an incoming credit, which across Australia is normally nothing whatsoever.
Back along the road it came in on
Our first rule on payouts is short, and it exists for your protection rather than ours: money leaves by the method it arrived on, wherever that is technically possible. Pay in by card and the funds are credited back to that card. Transfer from a bank account and the payout goes home to the same account. Fund with an e-wallet or a coin and the money follows the same wallet back.
That mapping is a licensing obligation as much as a house preference. Sending funds back to the instrument they came from is one of the ways a licensed operator stops a casino being used to shuffle money about, and it carries a pleasant side effect for you: anybody who somehow reached your account still could not point the balance anywhere useful.
Now and then a route cannot carry a payout home. A prepaid service is a one way product by design, and a card can be closed or expired in the gap between a deposit and a cash out. Where that happens we ask for an alternative in your own name, usually a bank account, and our payments team will set it up with you over live chat.
The documents we need before a first payout
These checks happen a single time. Clear them early and every request afterwards goes straight into the payments queue.
- Photo identification. A valid Australian driver licence, or a passport that has not expired, photographed with all four corners in shot and every line legible.
- Proof of address. A utility bill, a rates notice or a bank statement that shows your full name beside the address you live at, normally issued inside the last three months.
- Proof of the payment method. For a card, the front with the middle digits covered and the name left visible. For a bank account or a wallet, a statement or screen showing the account name.
- Names that agree with each other. The spelling on every document must match what the account says, middle names and all. Where the account itself needs correcting, ask our team to amend it before you upload anything.
- Clear, unedited pictures. Decent light, no glare bouncing off the photograph, no filters, nothing trimmed off at an edge. A phone camera handles this perfectly well.
- Either format suits us. Upload through your account or email the files to our team, whichever is less trouble for you.

Approval and delivery are separate waits
Every payout here runs on a pair of timers, and working out which one you are waiting on removes most of the mystery. Approval comes first: somebody from our payments team opens the request, matches it to your account and your finished checks, then lets it go. Delivery follows, and that is however long the route you picked needs to carry the money across to you.
The 0 to 3 business day figure covers both halves. A verified account with no bonus outstanding can see an e-wallet or coin payout arrive the same day, sometimes inside a couple of hours. A card or bank payout joins the ordinary Australian settlement calendar, which is why it can want all three business days and why a request lodged late on a Friday afternoon may only surface on Monday or Tuesday.
Business days is the phrase to hang on to. Blockchains keep no office hours at all, but banks do not settle at weekends or on public holidays, and a holiday landing midweek adds a day in precisely the way a Saturday does. Where pace matters most to you, it pays to choose the exit before you choose the entrance.
Lodging a withdrawal, move by move
Four steps, and the fourth one is the only one people get wrong.
Open the cashier and choose Withdraw
Sign in through the log in panel, open your account menu, then switch the cashier across from Deposit to Withdraw. Your available balance sits at the top, with any bonus funds listed separately beneath it.
Pick the route your deposit came in on
The cashier offers the methods tied to your account. Cards and bank transfer start at A$50, e-wallets and coins at A$30. If the original route genuinely cannot take a return, tell our team and we will arrange an alternative in your own name.
Enter the amount and confirm
One considered request beats three small ones, because each joins the queue separately and following three of them through costs you three times the waiting. Check the figure against the minimum for that route before you confirm it.
Then leave the request alone
A payout sitting pending can be dragged back into play by the cashier, and we would much rather it stayed put. Reversing a pending withdrawal is the single commonest way a balance somebody meant to keep disappears into the next session. If you recognise that temptation, the tools on our responsible gambling page can put a cooling off window in place first.
The A$5,000 ceiling on bonus winnings
One term earns a section of its own, because it decides what a lucky run on bonus money is genuinely worth. Winnings produced by bonus funds can be withdrawn to a limit of A$5,000. Whatever sits above that figure comes away as the bonus converts, and the A$5,000 is yours to take out in the normal way.
An example makes it concrete. A first deposit of A$200 brings a A$300 match. Wagering of 40x on that A$300 means A$12,000 of qualifying play, and by the time the playthrough is finished the balance has climbed to A$6,400. A$5,000 of that is withdrawable. The remainder is removed as the bonus closes out.
The ceiling applies to bonus funds, not to your own. Money you deposited and played with no bonus attached is not capped at A$5,000, and neither are the winnings from it. So if you expect to be playing for a figure well beyond that, the straightforward move is to decline the offer on that deposit and play your own balance under no wagering at all.
Two companion terms belong in the same breath. The maximum stake while a bonus is active is A$8 per spin, and a bet above it can cost you the bonus along with anything it produced. Each bonus expires 7 days after you activate it, taking unfinished wagering and the bonus balance with it. All of it is written out on our bonuses page and in our terms.
What genuinely slows a payout down
Five causes account for nearly every request that sits longer than expected, and three of them take minutes to clear.
Documents still outstanding
Comfortably the most common reason, and the whole argument for uploading on your first day. Nothing can be released until the checks are complete.
A name that will not match
Identification, bank account, card and wallet all have to carry the name on the account. A dropped middle name, or a surname changed since the licence was printed, is enough to pause a request.
A bonus still running
Outstanding wagering has to be settled one way or the other before funds can shift. Cashing out while a bonus is live forfeits the bonus and anything it produced, though your own deposited money is paid across in full.
The calendar, not us
Weekends and public holidays stop bank settlement. A card or bank payout let go on a Friday afternoon can perfectly reasonably show up on Tuesday.
Network congestion
A busy blockchain can stretch a coin transfer well past the usual few minutes after it has left us. A block explorer will confirm in seconds that it is on its way.
Still looking parked? Ask us
If none of those five applies and the request still looks stuck, come and say so. Our live chat is staffed 24/7, we can see exactly where a payout sits in the process, and we would much sooner give you a straight answer than have you refreshing the cashier every ten minutes. Bring your registered email address and the conversation rarely runs past a couple of minutes.
Two small notes help you as well: the hour you lodged the request, and the route you picked. A coin payout is traceable through a block explorer the moment it reaches the chain. A card or bank payout turns up as an incoming credit in your banking app once settlement finishes. Between them, those notes usually tell you whether anything needs chasing in the first place.
Cash out questions we are asked most
Plain answers on the business of collecting a balance.
What is the smallest payout you will send?
A$30 on e-wallets and on the coin routes, and A$50 by card or bank transfer. Each minimum is shown beside the route in the cashier before you confirm.
How long will my payout take?
Between 0 and 3 business days. E-wallets and coins sit at the fast end and often arrive the same day, while cards and bank transfers follow the usual Australian settlement calendar.
Why can a bank payout need the full three days?
That gap belongs to settlement rather than to a hold at our end. Nothing clears at a weekend or on a public holiday, so a Friday release can land early the following week.
Will I have to send documents again later?
No. The identity checks are a one off. Once they are complete, every request afterwards goes directly into the payments queue.
Can I cash out to a different card or account?
Only where the original route genuinely cannot take a return, and only to something in your own name. Our team arranges it with you so the payout is not held up.
What happens to a bonus if I withdraw early?
A live bonus and anything it produced are removed if you cash out before the 40x wagering is finished. The money you deposited yourself is still paid to you in full.
How much of a bonus win can I actually take out?
Up to A$5,000 from bonus funds. Winnings from your own money, played with no bonus attached, are not capped at that figure.
Can I cancel a withdrawal after asking for it?
The cashier allows it while the request is pending. We would rather you did not, because a balance pulled back out of the queue has a habit of finding its way into the next session.
