What you are agreeing to
Opening an account with VegasNow creates an agreement between you and Just Entertainment B.V. of Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, the licensed operator behind this brand. The agreement covers your account, any funds in it, every stake you place and every bonus you switch on. By ticking the box at sign up you tell us that you have read these conditions and that the details you gave us are true.
We have deliberately kept the wording short. Nothing here is designed to catch you out, and where a figure matters we have put it in a table instead of hiding it in a paragraph. If a sentence on this page reads ambiguously to you, ask our support desk before you stake, not after. A thirty second question has saved a great many players a long argument.
Who may hold an account
Five conditions decide eligibility, and we apply all five without discretion.
- You must be at least 18 years old. There is no flexibility on this and no version of the account for anyone younger.
- You must be acting for yourself. Accounts opened for a friend, a partner or a syndicate are closed on discovery.
- One account per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts have their bonuses voided and the balances consolidated into the original.
- You must not be on a self-exclusion register, including BetStop, nor have asked us for a self-exclusion that is still running.
- The payment method you use has to be in your own name. We do not accept money sent on your behalf by anyone else.

Deposits, bonuses and the order they run in
Deposits start at A$20 and are credited in AUD. We charge nothing to fund an account; where a card issuer or a blockchain adds a cost, that is theirs rather than ours. Full method detail sits on the banking page.
The welcome package spans four deposits and reaches up to A$8,000 with 500 free spins in total. Deposit one needs no code and pays 150% up to A$1,500 plus 200 spins, released at 40 a day over five days. Deposits two, three and four need VEGAS2, VEGAS3 and VEGAS4 respectively, and a code has to be entered as the deposit is made. We cannot add a missed code afterwards, which is a limitation of how the offers are built rather than a policy choice.
Each bonus runs on its own 40x requirement and its own 7 day clock. Bonus balances are used before cash where both are present, and only one active bonus can sit on an account at a time. Cashback offers follow the terms shown with the offer itself; where a wagering figure is not stated in those terms, none is applied.
Behaviour that costs an account its bonuses
We want long, ordinary sessions, not clever ones. The following things end a bonus and can end an account: opening more than one account, betting above A$8 while bonus funds are live, using software that plays for you, exploiting a known fault in a game instead of reporting it, chasing zero risk coverage across opposite outcomes on the same event, and arranging play between accounts to move money around.
If we believe one of these is happening we may hold a withdrawal while we look at the round history, and we will tell you that we have done so. Where the activity is confirmed, bonuses and bonus winnings are removed and genuine deposits are returned. Where it is not, the payout continues on its normal timetable and you keep everything.
Checks, payouts and closing an account
Identity checks
Before a first payout we ask for photo identification, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to you. Documents are usually cleared inside one business day. Glare and cropped corners are the usual reason we have to ask twice.
Getting paid
Payouts return to the method that funded the account and take 0 to 3 business days once checks are complete. Minimums and routes are listed on the withdrawals page. We do not pay to a third party under any circumstances.
Closing up
Ask live chat and your account closes. Any cash balance is paid back to you; bonus funds that have not met their conditions do not survive a closure. If you want the account shut for reasons of control rather than convenience, say so and we will apply a self-exclusion instead.
When these terms change
We update this page when an offer changes, when the regulator asks for different wording or when we add a payment route. The version on this page is always the one that applies, and the date it last changed is shown in the footer of the site. Material changes are also flagged by email and in your account area so that nobody discovers a new condition by accident.
If a change does not suit you, you are free to withdraw your cash balance and close the account rather than accept it. Should any single clause here turn out to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still stands. Our dealings with you are governed by the law of Curaçao under licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and the licensing page sets out the escalation path if we cannot settle something between us.
