Is VegasNow legit? Check the record before you deposit
A fair question deserves evidence rather than reassurance. Below is our licence record, the company that runs VegasNow, the terms that govern your money, how verification works and a checklist you can run through before your first deposit.
- A$8,000 welcome package
- 500 free spins
- 40× wagering

The short answer
Vegas Now is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. The licence record is public on the regulator's certificate site at cert.cga.cw/token?id=246, our terms are published with version numbers and dates, and the rules about bonuses, deposits and withdrawals are written down before you sign up rather than revealed afterwards.
Being legitimate is not the same as being right for everyone, so this page also sets out the conditions that catch people out: wagering requirements, deposit turnover, verification and method limits. Read them now and none of them will surprise you later.
The checks on this page take a few minutes and need nothing more than a browser. None of them depends on trusting what we say about ourselves: the licence is on the regulator's site, the terms carry their own version numbers, and the cashier ranges are the same ones you will see when you open the deposit and withdrawal screens. If anything you find there differs from what is written here, the terms on your account apply, and we would like to hear about it at support@vegasnow.com so the page can be corrected.
The licence record
Each line can be matched against the regulator's certificate or our published terms.
| Item | What applies |
|---|---|
| Licensing authority | Curaçao Gaming Authority |
| Licence number | OGL/2024/164/0246 |
| Public certificate | cert.cga.cw/token?id=246 |
| Licence holder | Just Entertainment B.V. |
| Company registration | Curaçao company 160603 |
| Brand | VegasNow (Vegas Now) |
| Minimum age | 18 |
A licence number on its own proves little, because anyone can type one into a footer. What matters is that the number, the company and the brand line up with the regulator's own record. That is why we link straight to the certificate and why our licensing page explains how to read it.
Verify it yourself in five minutes
Open the certificate
Visit cert.cga.cw and open token 246, or follow the link in the table above. You are now reading the regulator's record, not ours.
Check the company
The record should show Just Entertainment B.V. Match that with the company named on our pages.
Check the number
Compare the licence reference with OGL/2024/164/0246. Every character should match.
Check the address bar
Make sure the site you plan to deposit on is a VegasNow address you reached deliberately, not a lookalike from an unsolicited message or a pop-up.
Read the terms
Open our terms page and the bonus terms and conditions. Look for the version and date; ours are version 2.3 of 20 January 2024 and 26 February 2024 respectively.
The company behind the brand
Just Entertainment B.V. is registered in Curaçao as company 160603. It holds the licence and operates VegasNow directly, so the business named on the licence is the business that takes your deposits, applies the terms and pays withdrawals. There is no separate brand-owner sitting between you and the licence holder.
That matters when something needs to be put right. Your agreement is with Just Entertainment B.V., the terms you accept are its terms, and if a matter needs to go further than our customer care team, the licence record identifies the authority that issued the licence. Customer care is reached at support@vegasnow.com.
The terms that govern your money
These are the conditions that most often decide whether a withdrawal goes smoothly.
- Payment methods must be in your name. A card, wallet or crypto account belonging to someone else cannot be used to fund your VegasNow account.
- Deposits are wagered three times before withdrawal. Under terms version 2.3, deposits must be turned over 3× before related funds can be withdrawn. Without it, a withdrawal can be refused or a processing fee may apply.
- Verification comes before payout. You can register first and verify later, but identity checks must be complete before a withdrawal is released.
- Funds return to the deposit method where applicable. This keeps money moving along the route it arrived on.
- Limits apply per method and per account. Each withdrawal method has its own range, large amounts may be paid in instalments, and the terms set daily, weekly and monthly account caps.
- Provider fees are separate. We cover our own deposit costs; a payment provider may still charge a fee, and customers bear any fees the withdrawal provider charges.
How identity verification fits in
Registration and verification are two separate steps at VegasNow. When you sign up you give your account details, country, currency and date of birth, and you can start playing once the account is open. Verification of your identity can be requested later, and it must be complete before a withdrawal is released. Our registration page walks through the sign-up fields.
Verification is what links the person on the account to the person receiving the money. It is also how the age rule is enforced: accounts are for adults only, and the check confirms it before funds leave the cashier. If documents are still outstanding when you ask for a payout, the withdrawal waits until they are in.
The practical advice is simple. Make sure your registration details match your identity documents exactly, use payment methods in your own name, and complete verification early rather than at the moment you want to withdraw. Doing those three things removes the most common reasons a payout is held.
Bonus rules in one table
| Rule | What applies |
|---|---|
| Wagering | 40× the bonus amount; 40× free-spin winnings |
| Time to complete | 7 days |
| Maximum bet with an active bonus | A$8 |
| Active bonuses at once | One |
| Pokies contribution | 100% (exceptions apply) |
| Roulette contribution | 25% |
| Blackjack and game shows | 10% |
| Baccarat | 0% |
| Deposit-bonus winnings cap | A$5,000 per offer |
| Welcome free-spin winnings cap | A$300 |
| Free-spin part of a welcome stage | Needs the deposit wagered 1× first |
| Declining | Any bonus can be declined |
Here is how that plays out. A first deposit of A$100 attracts a 150% match of A$150. At 40×, that is A$6,000 of qualifying wagering inside seven days, at no more than A$8 a bet. On pokies the whole A$6,000 counts; on roulette only a quarter would. If you do not want that commitment, decline the bonus. The welcome stages are set out on our welcome bonus page.
Payment rules and ranges
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Credit card | A$30 – A$10,000 | Not listed for withdrawal |
| MiFinity | A$30 – A$4,000 | A$30 – A$4,000 |
| Cashtocode | A$25 – A$400 | Not listed for withdrawal |
| Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire | Not listed for deposit | A$300 – A$6,000 |
| USDT | From 5 | 20 – 4,000 |
| Bitcoin | From 0.0001 BTC | 0.0002 – 0.12 BTC |
These ranges come from our Australian cashier tables. Further coins, including Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin, Cardano, Tron, BNB and Bitcoin Cash, have their own minimums and ranges, listed on the payments page and the withdrawals page. The cashier labels rows as free and instant. Treat those as labels for our side of the process: verification and the provider's own handling come first, so we do not promise a payout time.

Where the games come from
Our lobby carries titles from well-known studios including Pragmatic Play, Novomatic, Belatra, BGaming and Evolution. Each studio builds and runs its own games and publishes the specifications, so we quote RTP, volatility or maximum win only where the studio has published it.
For example, Pragmatic Play lists Gates of Olympus at 96.50% RTP, and BGaming lists Elvis Frog in Vegas at 95.3% with medium-high volatility. Those are long-run averages over a very large number of rounds, not a forecast for your session. The games page describes the lobby in full.

Red flags that do not come from us
Is VegasNow legit? Common questions
Is VegasNow a licensed casino?
Yes. Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603) holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246, and the certificate is public at cert.cga.cw/token?id=246.
Is the licence Australian?
No. It is issued in Curaçao. We do not hold or claim an Australian licence.
Why might a withdrawal be refused?
The most common reasons are incomplete verification, a payment method not in your name, or deposits not yet wagered three times as the terms require. Method ranges also apply.
